All general stay rates are based on booking the studio space with exclusive access to the pool, spa and sauna facilities during your stay. Your hosts Kim and Kelvin reside in the main dwelling adjacent to the studio space.

ALL GUESTS MUST SIGN AND ABIDE BY THE ‘RULES OF STAY’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

RULES OF STAY

NON-ACCEPTED BOOKINGS

Waymount Farm is a guesthouse designed for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. We do not accept bookings for bucks or hens parties, schoolies groups, sporting teams, weddings or large birthdays. We reserve the right to decline booking requests that do not fit with the purpose and values of the property.

BOND

A bond of $1,000 applies to all bookings and is strictly used in conjunction with the ‘Rules of Stay’ Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to charge a higher Bond where circumstances warrant. This will be negotiated upon booking.

CLEANING

We appreciate the property to be left in a tidy and undamaged condition upon guest departure and that every reasonable care be exercised by guests during their stay. If additional cleaning is deemed to be required, an extra cleaning fee of $300 will be applied. Guests will be informed as soon as practicable of any additional cleaning fees to be charged.

All tariffs include GST.

All Credit Card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge.

"Lovely studio. Perfect for a couple plus our dog. The owners made an effort to meet us, provide a quick orientation and then gave us our privacy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the garden areas, and overall the studio is clean and tidy. Location-wise you are very close to Berry, Hyams and Callala Beach.
