PERFECT FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES WITH PETS

The studio space at Waymount Farm has been set up to accommodate couples and families of up to 3 children. The studio design is an open plan ‘bed-sitter’ and features a king bed for couples with single beds that can be set up for children. The main room measures 6.5 metres x 8.3 metres (54 square metres) and holds beds, lounge, TV and credenza and indoor dining. Addition spaces in the studio house the kitchenette, bathroom and sauna. The total indoor space measures 70 square metres. Guests have use of an outdoor lounge and dining setting, BBQ facilities, pool and spa, sun lounges and adjoining lawns.

Bathroom

Waymount Farm Studio has a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet and Swedish sauna.

Inclusions

All bed linen, pillow cases, blankets and bath towels are provided. The bathrooms have full amenities kits including shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues and the like. Hair dryers are provided. The main dwelling has a laundry with washer and dryer with iron and ironing board that can be accessed on request.

Gorgeous retreat

"Wonderful stay at Waymount Farm Studio. Kim and Kelvin were perfect hosts. Location is stunning, and perfect position for south coast. Kids would not get out of the pool. "Lovely studio. Perfect for a couple plus our dog. The owners made an effort to meet us, provide a quick orientation and then gave us our privacy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the garden areas, and overall the studio is clean and tidy. Location-wise you are very close to Berry, Hyams and Callala Beach.
