Waymount Farm was built as a family home in 1985 by the Goodman family, and was purchased in 2002 by Kim & Kelvin Taylor who have lovingly renovated the property over the past 15 years.

The property has been architecturally designed using 115+ year old sand stock bricks retrieved from the Nowra Hotel, originally built in 1895 and knocked down in the 1980’s to make way for a new Best & LessĀ building.

The cathedral ceilings, eaves and exterior panelling is all Oregon timber imported from America.

The property was first let out as a short stay holiday accommodation in December 2002. Numerous renovations have been undertaken over the past 15 years, the most recent of which is the addition of the outdoor BBQ facilities, in ground concrete spa and front courtyard with water feature.

Waymount Farm is a large holiday house on the South Coast and is fully self contained, with guests having exclusive use of all facilities as their own private resort, accommodating up to 18 guests.

The property has been set up specifically to accommodate family groups and friends with all conveniences provided for. Guests experience a fully appointed property that invites you to relax and unwind and indulge in the luxurious surrounds.

This large holiday house offers premium facilities to enjoy the warmer months. The large pool and 12 seat outdoor heated spa are complemented by the undercover outdoor BBQ and dining facilities, sun lounges and expansive lawns. Air conditioning and fans provide comfortable sleeping.
In the cooler months, guests nestle around the two timber fires, relax in the cosy lounges and enjoy the library and billiard room facilities. The adjoining guesthouse features a Swedish sauna. The property has a number of quiet spaces for reading, time out and solitude.

Gorgeous retreat

"What a perfect holiday retreat. So relaxing with sun drenched living areas overlooking the stunning countryside and a gorgeous pool spa outdoor area. So much space. King beds were a real treat. The kids loved the sauna and the close proximity of the kangaroos, sheep and cows. We would all highly recommend Waymount Farms." - Penny

A five star holiday house

"This is an outstanding holiday house that can accommodated multiple families. It has big grounds, a big pool, a big spa, a sauna, a big kitchen, a big BBQ... you get the idea. Everything worked too. It also had lovely views from the backyard of its paddocks and the mountains. We would definitely like to stay again." - Simon

Fantastic place to stay

"We spent three nights at Waymount Farm over the Australia Day long weekend and enjoyed the peaceful surrounds and excellent facilities. Plenty of space, a great kitchen area to entertain from, a wonderful outdoor area and BBQ, and a pool that we couple not keep the kids out of. All of that plus the farm setting with cows, sheep and the odd kangaroo, all close by... what more could you ask for?!" - Joel
